Jes joined The Dance Collective as a dancer in 2020, began teaching in 2021, and expanded into the day-time administrative team in 2025. She has trained with world-renowned artists including Kenzo Alvares, Daria Pop, Kenrick “H2O” Sandy, Dario Boatner, Daniel Wijngaarden, Daniel Asamoah, Yanis Marshall, and David Cottle. Jes has also travelled internationally to train at BASE Dance Studios (London), Collab Industry (Amsterdam), YOUCANDOIT Dance Camp (Poland), Broadway Dance Center (New York), and Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater (New York).
Since joining The Dance Collective, Jes has performed professionally at a range of corporate events, including the Oasis Ball & Campaign Brief Awards, St John of God Hospital Ball, WA Business RISE Awards, and Toyota WA Dealer Awards. She has been invited as a guest teacher at schools such as Santa Maria College, Carey Baptist College, Applecross Senior High School, Peter Carnley Anglican Community School, and Woodlands Primary School. In 2025, she taught at IMI Studios in Sydney - her first interstate class.
Her professional performance credits include JB Creative’s BURST 6.0, Marko Panzic’s Dream Dance Co. Industry Night, The Society’s The Platform, and The Orbit Dance Competition. Jes also appears as a featured dancer in Universal Music’s J-POP artist Chris Hart’s music video.
In addition to her dance career, Jes is a trained Primary Teacher with a Bachelor of Education. She holds her dancers to a high standard, driven by a genuine belief in their potential. Her classes are thoughtfully structured to encourage growth, leaving dancers feeling proud, inspired, and confident in their progress.
