There is now a higher incidence of stress and anxiety related disorders than ever before. Stress and anxiety can wreak havoc on our immune system, digestive system and nervous system. There is now a vast amount of research on the benefits yoga has on stress and anxiety levels as well as many other health benefits including lowering blood pressure, reducing cholesterol, improved concentration and reduced back and neck pain.
Our Over 50s morning yoga is a gentle, beginner level class. We asked our yoga ladies and gents some questions about the class.
