Ella joined The Dance Collective in 2018.  Through the company, she has danced in corporate events including Oasis Ball & Campaign Brief Awards, St. John of God Hospital Ball and Scotch College Ball. Schools she has taught at include Salvado Catholic College, Kennedy Baptist College, Melville Senior High School, Beehive Montessori School and Lynwood High School.
