BIOGRAPHY

Jessica is a founding company member of The Dance Collective. She has been part of the teaching team since 2013, joined the Administration team and became Junior Company Coordinator in 2014 and completed her Bachelor of Education in Primary in 2017. 

With a love for all styles, Jessica has trained at The Dance Collective in Hip Hop, Jazz Funk, Lyrical, Dancehall, Contemporary, Burlesque, Heels, Jazz and Ballet. Jessica's performance highlights include Guy Sebastian, Hopman Cup Flashmob and Ball, Gold Plate Awards, UWA Law Ball, TSA Ball, Thrill the World, Breast Cancer Awareness Twilight Walk, Groove Hip Hop Championships, Perth Motor Show, AusDance’s Dance Live, Fiesta Choreographers Ball, Brownes television commercial, Australian film ‘The Burning Kiss’, WA Dance Expo, Interpeople Charity Ball, WA Youth Awards, Variety of Chefs Ball, Thrive, Battlegrounds and various Flash Mobs around Perth. 

Jessica’s love for hip hop grew as she started expanding her knowledge and training with various hip hop teachers in Perth and overseas. She has taught hip hop workshops and classes at Campbell Primary School, Katanning Senior High School and All Saints College and in 2016 she took TDC’s first ever Junior girls crew to two Hip Hop Competitions Battlegrounds and Elite placing second at both. 

Jessica has loved being part of community events such has Mental Health Awareness Day – Get Up N Go at Katannaing Senior High School, Thrive PCEC and Camp Freedom for children with Juvenile Arthritis at Serpentine Camp.
