We understand this is a school day and dancers will need to take the day off school for stage and dress rehearsals.  By request a letter can be obtained from The Dance Collective to explain to schools the purpose of this day.  We are limited with what dates Crown Theatre offer us.  They only open a handful of dates to selected dance studios each year we feel privileged to even have this booking.

SENIOR CONCERT (All Senior classes + Teen/Senior Breaking)

Classes will soon move into creating their production pieces.  We would love dancers to be attending their classes regularly so they don't fall behind in choreography.

LET'S GO!  It's a great time of the year and feels good to finally have these dates locked in and be moving forward with live performances.  We can only stay positive.  Of course, TDC will be ready with a backup plan should COVID stand in our way.

Many dancers and families choose to stay within the Crown complex for 1-2 nights.  It makes it a very special weekend away.

To make these magical events happen there are costs involved.

$50 per dancer which covers the cost of music licenses, extra rehearsals, copy of music, concert t-shirt (part of concert uniform) and program.

TDC provides a full service to ensure there is very little for parents and dancers to do. There is no sewing of sequins here! This hire fee contributes towards: sizing, styling/designing, sourcing and purchasing, altering, maintenance, cleaning, organising and sorting costumes.

Dancers will be required to provide their own stockings, boy leg shorts and any other garments considered as underwear for their costume.  All dancers will need to supply their own white sneakers/sandshoes as part of their concert uniform.

JUNIOR SHOWCASE - $50 per class

TEEN & SENIOR PRODUCTION - $60 per class

$30 Digital Download - one charge per family per production
A professional videographer is hired to capture our end of year shows.  A copy is released to each family via a digital download so you can keep your performance forever and share with those who were unable to come.  To keep the cost reasonable the compulsory cost is shared between all families who commit to our production season.
